The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.04.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.8611 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court dated 22.04.2025 has been complied with and that no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition.
