ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey and demarcate his land situated in Survey Nos.1117/3A and 1117/3C2 in Ayyampulli Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his application dated 24.06.2025.

Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Tamil Vanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property under registered sale deed dated 28.06.1974. Patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No. 2967. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking survey of the property on 24.06.2025 in application No.2025/0123/13/013315. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/6
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
