O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation,dated 28.06.2025 and to pass final orders.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5474/2012 passed an order dismissing the application filed by one Chackrvarthy and others against the Petitioner's father Thirupathi. Suppressing the same, again an application is filed before the third respondent by the above said persons seeking cancellation of revenue records in the name of Petitioner's father. Therefore the Petitioner submitted the instant 2/5

representation on 28.06.2025 seeking the certified copy of the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 5474/2012. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 28.06.2025 and furnish certified copy of the final order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.NO.5474/2012 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
