ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that A1 and A2 namely M.G.Ramachandran @ Chandru and Ravi @ E.Magesh were arrested and thereafter released on bail. He would further submit that the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2021 has been completed and final report was filed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.174 of 2022 and the summons have been issued to the petitioners for their appearance.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.16818 of 2021 2.Since summons have been issued against the petitioners, the petitioners shall approach the concerned Court seeking appropriate remedy.
With the aforesaid liberty, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
