ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and to cancel the forged document in Doc.No.443/1984, dated 28.04.1984, on the file of the 3rd respondent Sub Registrar Office executed in favour of the 4th respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2024. 2.The 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and conduct enquiry under Section 83 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
