No. 1321 of 2026 dated 23.05.2026 directing the petitioner/accused to appear and sign before this Court daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until disposal of the case, by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused person in CC No.91 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur seeking to modify the order, dated 23.05.2026 passed in the warrant recall petition. 2.In view of the non-appearance of the petitioner before the Court, the trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant. The petitioner has filed Crl.MP. No. 1321 of 2026 to recall the NBW, wherein, an order was passed on 23.05.2026 directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.30 am and 05.30 p.m., till the disposal of the case. 3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he seeks modification of the abovesaid order on the ground that daily he has been directed to appear twice.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.

5.If the petitioner wants any modification of the condition imposed by the trial Court at the time of granting bail, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.

6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
