O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to relocate the office of the 3rd respondent to a better place/premises which has an easy accessibility for the persons with disability with public transport facility closer to the entrance of the office of the 3rd respondent.

Heard Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Claiming that the office of the third respondent is located in the innermost part of the District Court Campus of Trichy and hence, the persons with disability cannot reach the third respondent without a severe jolt and jerk in their journey, the petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents on 2/4

06.09.2017 and the same, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, is unattended. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2017, in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of claim made by the petitioner either in the representation or in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and atleast by six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. No costs.
