Prayer in CRP(MD)Nos.1752 to 1754 of 2019 :- Civil Revision Petitions are filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 26.03.2019 made in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018, I.A.No.13 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018 and I.A.No.14 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai, confirming the order dated 20.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.745 of 2017 in O.S.No.185 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai, respectively.

ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.23.10.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Kulithalai, in D.No.NIL dated 28.02.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Anandkumar, Advocate for the Petitioners (in all Petitions) and of Mr.A.Saravanan, Advocate for the Respondent (in all Petitions), and this Court made the following order:- As per the order passed by this Court dated 23.10.2019, the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai was directed to dispose of O.S.185 of 2017, within a period six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On 04.06.2020, the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai sought time and also time was extended for a period of eight months to dispose the case. Again on 08.03.2021, the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai requested for extension of time and the time was extended for a period of four months, to dispose the matter.

CRP(MD). No.1752 of 2019 2.Now, the case is pending as part-heard. Considering the COVID-19 pandemic situation, three months time is extended finally for disposing the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned District Munsif, Kulithalai is directed to dispose the matter, within the stipulated time and report the same before this Court, without further delay.
