ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer HMOP No.679 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy and transfer the same to file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur. 2.From the perusal of the notice sheet as well as earlier order, it is seen that from 2015, there has been no representation on the part of the petitioner when the matter was listed before the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) for completing the service of notice, despite the order of this Court, directing the petitioner to take steps to serve the respondent. On 05.09.2019, the matter was posted before this Court and the following order has been passed:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh notice to the respondent as well as the learned counsel who is appearing on behalf of him in H.M.O.P.No.679 of 2013 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy, returnable by 25.09.2019.

Private notice is also permitted.

Post the matter on 25.09.2019.

However, till date the steps have not been taken as directed by this Court.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not taken steps to serve notice to the respondent to date in the present transfer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P. (MD)No.199 of 2014 civil revision petition as early as from the year 2014, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present transfer civil revision petition.

4.In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy, is directed to proceed to dispose of HMOP No.679 of 2013 expeditiously. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.Registry is directed to despatch the order to the concerned court at the earlier.
