This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025 after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants if any and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
