(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Sathish Kumar J.) Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for State takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 to 17 and 22 to 24. Mr.S.Packiya Muthu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 20th respondent and Mr.J.Parekh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 19 and 21. Issue notice to the respondents 4 and 18 returnable by 17.07.2026. Private notice is also permitted.

2. Since the issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to implementation of Solid

Management Rules in the various Wildlife Sanctuaries in the State, Registry is directed to list this matter on 17.07.2026 before the Special Bench which deals with the cases relating to the forest protection and wildlife offenses, after getting appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Administrative Judge.
