This petition has been filed to change the investigation agency from the hands of the second respondent to the third respondent in respect of Crime No.175 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.175 of 2018 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Madurai and the same was taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
