This petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to early disposal of the case in Cr.M.P.No.135 of 2016 in M.C.No.59 of 2016, within stipulated time.

2.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of Cr.M.P.No.135 of 2016 in M.C.No.59 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
