This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to sent the alleged agreement of sale dated 30.06.2012 for comparison of signature found therein in Crime No.234 of 2015 on his file to enable him to complete the investigation and file charge sheet.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2015 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Pudukottai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.774 of 2019.

4. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
