ORDER
Challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, TEnkasi in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025 in C.C.No.412 of 2024 Crime No.428 of 2021, dated 20.03.2025, this criminal revision petition has been filed. 1/4
2. The only plight of the petitioner is that the impugned order came to be passed on the sole ground that the documents which would substantiate the fact that the petitioner was examined in Crime No.30 of 2021 before the District Crime Branch, Tenkasi has not been marked. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to mark the said document pointed out by the learned Trial Court in the impugned order.
3. In view of the same, the matter is remanded back to the file of the learned Trial Court with a precise direction to permit the petitioner to mark the aforesaid document. It is made clear that the Trial Court will decide M.P.No.1 of 2025 before commencement of the trial in C.C.No. 412 of 2024.
