This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petition pending under Section 145 Cr.P.C., 1973, in Cr.No.6011 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. in connection with Cr.No.6011 of 2021 is pending from 27.09.2021, that the writ petitioner's representation to complete the enquiry dated 15.12.2021 is of no avail and that he was constrained to file the above petition seeking orders for earlier disposal of the proceedings.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that enquiry is pending before the first respondent and that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the case within a time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the above, most importantly, the case is pending from September 2021, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
