W.P(MD)No.19782 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the second respondent states that the second respondent had issued a communication on 20.10.2021, which was despatched on 21.10.2021, calling upon the petitioner to pay the requisite fees and also seeking clarification particularly, production of original legal heir certificate and also probably the registered adoption deed, through which the petitioner claims right to have his name included in the revenue records of the second respondent. A period of seven days was given to the petitioner to comply with the said requirements. That seven days has gone passed by.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to comply with the requirements of the second respondent on or before 24.11.2021 and if the petitioner's application is in order, if requisite fees has been paid, if requisite documents have been enclosed, the second respondent may consider the representation or application of the petitioner in its true light and pass appropriate orders. No costs.
