When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after full trial, the petitioners were acquitted by the Trial Court, by the order, dated 24.08.2021. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition.
