ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 02.12.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.975 of 2023, wherein, this Court has granted liberty to the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner which was forwarded by the Chief Minister Special Cell.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the respondents have considered the request and passed adverse orders on 25.07.2025.
