Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.KULANTHAI VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAY GANDHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6654 of 2021, in Crl.A.(MD)No.371 of 2021, dated 17.09.2021
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a cancer patient and the second petitioner is only a Driver and the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
4. In view of the above submission made by both side counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by the Court. This petition is allowed accordingly.
