This Court, by its order, dated 26.07.2022, issued a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.07.2022, along with the supporting documents and grant eligible loan amount, out of the petitioner's provident fund account within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pursuant to which, the loan amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was disbursed through ECS on 27.10.2022. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
