This petition has been filed to fix an early date for hearing S.A.(MD).No.215 of 2014.

2.Considering the suit was filed in the year 2007, the appeal suit decided in the year 2011 and the pending second appeal for the past 11 years, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in para 3 of the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition.

3.Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
