This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No. 186 of 2021 of Ervadi Dharga Police Station, Ramanthapuram District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram in C.C.No.208 of 2023.
