This petition is filed to condone the delay of 234 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 19.07.2022 passed in M.C.O.P.No.218 of 2019 1/3

on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Court (Forest Cases), Nagercoil.

2. Heard both sides.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.
