The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer F.C.O.P.No.189 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal to Family Court, Trichy. 1/4

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, the wife is permanently residing at Trichy. She finds it difficult to travel on every occasion to attend hearings in Family Court, Namakkal.

3. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the above said facts, F.C.O.P.No.189 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Trichy.

5. With the above said direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
