PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.129 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 22.09.2021, for the offence punishable under Clause 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w. 7(1)(a) (ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.129 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was already granted bail by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, in Cr.M.P.No.2207 of 2021, vide order dated 20.10.2021.
