RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relaxing the condition of reporting before the Respondent Police daily at about 10.30 am until further orders made in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 13379 of 2022 in connection with Crime No.204 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Police Station, Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13379 of 2022 on 25.07.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
