2. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition only for 3 days (ie.monthly once) and the contraband involved is commercial in nature.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that only 3 days (ie.monthly once) the petitioner complied the condition, there is no chance for relaxation.
