ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to release the petitioner on bail, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2024, relating to the case in C.C.No.176 of 2024 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiuchendur, in Crime No.80 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has stolen the two wheeler of the defacto complainant, bearing Registration No.TN-92-D-3998.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is giving scant respect to the orders of the courts releasing him on bail with a condition, not to involve in further offences and considering the fact that the petitioner sofar has got 38 previous cases and is repeatedly involving in bike theft case and that the bail condition is repeatedly violated by him, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. It is for the respective investigating officers to move the appropriate Court, for 2/4

cancellation of bail in all the previous cases, which are filed against him, also which will be considered by the respective Court.

5. Accordingly, this Petition dismissed.
