J U D G M E N T
[Judgment of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed by the appellants challenging the order passed by the Writ Court on 08.12.2017 in W.P(MD)No.2494 of 2014.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to according to their litigative status before the writ Court.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the learned Single Judge had directed the third respondent in the writ petition to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the Government Orders in
G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G.1) Department, dated 14.08.2009, G.O.Ms.No.190, Education Department, dated 12.07.2010, G.O.Ms.230, School Education Department, dated 10.08.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.146, Education Department, dated 19.06.2012 and to fix pay i.e., Selection Grade and Special Grade pay by extending the benefits of the order, dated 21.04.2008, if otherwise he is eligible. However, at the time of disposal of the writ petition, the earlier order of the Full Bench of this Court, dated 09.12.2016 has not been brought to the notice of this Court and thereby, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered based on the earlier Government Orders. Now, the respondents/appellants are ready to consider the case of the writ petitioner based on the orders of the Full Bench in Rev.Aplc.227/2015 etc., batch, dated 09.12.2016 and orders will be passed.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal stands disposed of directing the third respondent in the writ petition to consider the case of the petitioner based on the orders passed by the Full Bench of this Court in Rev.Aplc.227/2015 etc., batch, dated 09.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with
