The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 09.07.2021 made in Na.Ka.A2/4462/2020 by the second respondent and set aside the same as illegal and consequentially direct the second respondent to pass orders after giving an opportunity to the petitioner within time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent against the impugned order passed by the second respondent and the same came to be confirmed. Challenging the same, he has preferred a revision before the DRO, Trichy and the DRO, Trichy has 2/4
also dismissed the revision on 18.03.2022 and produced a copy of the said order and hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
