ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.320 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,30.08.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
