O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to conduct a survey and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No. 356/6, to an extent of 0.25 (1⁄4), and in Survey No. 243/3, to 2/6
an extent of 0.24 (1⁄2), situated at Andankovil West Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, in accordance with the final decree dated 11.12.2017 passed in I.A. No. 26 of 2015 in O.S. No. 35 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 22.06.2023 was made seeking survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that after considering the claims of all parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2023 for survey and demarcation on merits and in accordance with law. Notice shall be issued to the petitioner and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from today.
