JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) When the appeal came up for hearing on last occasion, i.e., on 29.08.2024, the learned counsel who appeared for the appellants sought adjournment for filing Joint Compromise Memo. Hence, the appeal was directed to be listed on 25.09.2024 for filing of Joint Compromise Memo.

2. Today when the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants has neither filed the Joint Compromise Memo nor came forward to argue the appeal. In view of the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
