Respondent / Petitioner (in both cases) Common Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Court, to direct the learned Family Court, Thoothukudi to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.314 of 2021 and H.M.O.P.No.405 of 2020 respectively within a stipulated period as fixed by this Honourable Court. COMMON ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition 1/3

letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Thoothukudi, Judge, Family Court, Thoothukudi (FAC), vide in letter D.No.342/2025 dated 26.06.2025, this Court made the following order: "By order dated 09.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Cases in HMOP.No.314 of 2021 and HMOP.No.405 of 2020 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.342/2025, dated 26.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 09.09.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.
