JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH , J.) Heard Mr.Maduraiveeran, learned representing counsel for the learned counsel on record for the appellant and Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel for the Employees State Insurance Corporation. 2.No case is made for intervention with the order passed in the writ petition and impugned in this writ appeal. 3.The writ Court, while passing orders on 30.04.2014, has noted the existence of a statutory appeal remedy in terms of Section 75 of the Employees State Insurance Act and has relegated the writ petitioner to appeal.

4.We are of the view that no intervention is required in this writ appeal and thus, this Writ Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.The learned representing counsel for the appellant files a memo, dated 06.07.2023 stating that insolvency proceedings have been commended on 12.03.2018 before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai and the Company is presently in liquidation. 6.Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the liquidator at the following address for action in accordance with law and as necessary: "Mr.M.Sureshkumar, Reg.No.JBBI/IPA-001/1P-P00110/2017-18/10217, SPP & Co, Charted Accountant, No.27/9, Nivedh Vikas, Parkaja Mill Road, Pulliyakulam, Coimbatore-641 045."
