PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to rectify the wrong entry in computer patta in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey No.20/15B2A in an extent of 0.0.9.25 Ars situated at Kanchanayakkanpatti Village, Arupukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering his representation dated 04.06.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

After some arguments, Mr.V.Malaiyendran, representing learned counsel on record for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition, but makes a plea to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by enclosing relevant documents to show the petitioner's ownership to the land, if it is available. 2.Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:

"The writ petition withdrawal."

3. Endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
