For Petitioner :Mr.H.Mohammed Imran for Mr.R.Venkateshwar For Respondents :Mr.S.S.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to comply with the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, Thanjavur District in Crl.M.P.No.1174 of 2023 dated 30.05.2023. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Magistrate has directed the respondent police to complete the enquiry and submit a report within the specific time.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the respondent police as per the directions given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, Thanjavur District in Crl.M.P.No.1174 of 2023 dated 30.05.2023 have completed the enquiry and filed a report on 03.08.2023, copy of 2/5
which is handed over by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) to the learned counsel on record for the petitioner. 4.Since the enquiry has already been completed and the report is also filed as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, Thanjavur District, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court, in case if she is aggrieved by the conclusions of the respondent police.
