PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.MP.No.2431 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.MP.No.2431 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an bail application before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.MP.No.2431 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 02.07.2025, the Hon'ble trial Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.2 as follows: ''2. The petitioners/accused shall appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders.''

3. He further submits that the petitioner complied the said condition and regularly report before the concerned police station till date. This petitioner is a daily wager and he used to go to other district for his daily earnings. Therefore, the 2/4

petitioner seeks indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition by allowing this modification petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this petitioner is having seventeen previous cases. He raised his formal objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.2 in the order made in Crl.MP.No.2431 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli. Accordingly, Condition No.2 is modified as ''(2). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police station weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00a.m. until further orders.''. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
