Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIMARAN NA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11888 of 2022, dated 16.08.2022. 2.

It is seen from the affidavit that the petitioner has not produced certified copy of the bail order granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11888 of 2022, dated 16.08.2022. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
