RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 7992 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 9423 of 2022, Dated. 13.07.2022 in Crime No.104 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SATISH RAJKUMAR.E, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANDHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7992 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9423 of 2022 on 13.07.2022.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.11001 of 2022 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7992 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9423 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons and thereafter, on all hearing dates without fail.
