[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since we are not passing any adverse order, notice to the 3rd respondent is deemed unnecessary. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against the third respondent to cancel the Destitute Widow Certificate issued by the second respondent, dated 01.09.2008 and the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2024."

3.It is clear that this litigation stems more out of vengeance than out of any intention to do public service. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
