ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, to conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.409/2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in S.T.C.No.409 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of four years, there is no progress because of the non execution of the Non Bailable Warrant that has been issued against the accused person. It is submitted that only on 22.01.2021 the warrant has been recalled and now the case has been posted on 02.12.2021 for the examination of the complainant. 3.

Considering the oldness of the matter the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, shall complete the trial process in S.T.C.No.409 of 2017 pending on his file and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposing the case on merits, compliance report must be submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
