2.The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough FIR was registered on 03.03.2022, it has been kept pending without any progress. 3.A perusal of the CD file shows that most part of the investigation is over.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that within a period of three months, the investigation will be completed and final report will be be filed. 5.Recording the said undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. A compliance report must be submitted before the Registry, after completion of the investigation.
