This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation given by the Petitioner dated 16.08.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the civil dispute is pending between the Petitioner and his father. The Petitioner is running a mechanic shop in survey No.557/19C1, for the past 30 years. He would further submit that based on the false information given by one Suganya, several cases have been registered against this Petitioner. Therefore, he gave a detailed representation to the respondents 1 to 3 and the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent police disputed the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner had wantonly given complaint against the police officials for not-taking steps. He would further submit that the dispute between the owner and the petitioner with regard to the property, for which, he has given a complaint against a Doctor, who is in Medical Service. Based on the complaint, the petitioner herein seeks to initiate the disciplinary proceedings against the said Doctor.

4. He would further submit that based upon the representation given by the petitioner, the Deputy Superintendant of Police sent a report to the third respondent by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner and pass appropriate order.

5. Considering the facts and the circumstance of this case, this Court directs the Third Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
