ORDER

A fresh representation may be given through online after paying necessary challan by the petitioner herein enclosing the compromise decree in O.S.No.45/2002 by the District Munsif Court, Devakottai dated 28.11.2002 to the third respondent / Tahsildar, Devakottai, Sivagangai District.

2. In that said representation, the petitioner may seek to pass necessary orders consequent to the compromise decree of the District Munsif Court at Devakottai in O.S.No.45/2002. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent / Tahsildar may pass necessary orders within a period of twelve (12) further weeks.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
