2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the Village Administrative Officer, enquiry is pending. It has been stated that without proper prior permission from the Government, this petitioner has cut and removed the trees standing near Kanmai karai. 3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
