JUDGMENT

2. In view of the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled before the National Lok Adalat. The appellant is entitled for refund of Court fee under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act, 1955. There shall be no order as to costs.
