ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) & 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Over the family issue, it appears that complaint has been given stating that through the phone call, this petitioner alleged to have criminally intimidated the complainant and his family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that On the basis of the above said complaint enquiry is underway and summon has been issued to the parties.

4. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aged about 62 years and also a retired Manager, facing the above said false complaint at the hands of the complainant.

5. Whatever may be, the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police for enquiry. Let the enquiry by the respondent police be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any trouble arises, during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
