ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned communication issued by the first respondent dated 08.10.2018 and consequently direct the first respondent to release the deed of settlement dated 31.01.2018 presented for registration on 06.02.2018 in pending Document No.P8/2018 on his file with the due registration endorsement.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire bundle has been handed over to the petitioner along with change of vakalat. However, even till today, the petitioner failed to engage any new counsel on his behalf to appear before this Court. That apart, this Writ Petition has been filed challenging only the notice for hearing. Now, it has expired. 2/4

3.When the matter is called today, no one represented either by new counsel on record or by person. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
